Therapy is a supportive and honest space where you are invited to be your full self. Throughout our time together, we will develop effective tools and strategies to deepen self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and forge healthier, more meaningful relationships.

As therapists, we have experienced firsthand the powerful, positive changes that therapy can bring, and we work to help our clients experience these transformations in their own lives. Therapy is a vulnerable process and we am committed to making sure you feel safe, supported and affirmed as we work together. We recognize that shame, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other stresses are what can keep us from reconnecting to our authentic selves and are passionate about helping you find wholeness and healing in your life. 

I approach therapy from a holistic, psychodynamic framework and am a trauma-informed clinician. This means that I use a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet your specific needs. Some of these approaches include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems therapy (IFS) and emotion-focused therapy.
